- Collect revenue and disburse net profits to Owner
- Submit monthly reports for income and expenses to Owner
Daily Operations
- Coordinate cleaning, linen service, lawn care, and snow removal based on the needs of the property
- Schedule seasonal and timely or emergency maintenance
- Inspect property regularly to assess supply needs, third-party work quality, and recommended improvements
- Submit recommended improvements or repairs to Owner after inspections
- Restock essential supplies for cleaners and guest use
Guest Experience
- Market property and answer questions at pre-booking phase
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly before and during stay
- Facilitate check-in and check-out process for each stay
- Get reviews that draw out positive experiences
- Handle disputes or extra payment issues as needed
- Add special touches to delighted guests beyond expectations
Optional Services
Optional services may be added for an additional fee if they are outside the scope of the management agreement. Simply inquire if there are services you may want or need at an agreed-upon rate. Examples include:
- Hiring subcontractors for tasks outside of agreed-upon seasonal and daily operational services
- Other home-related projects, like decorating, shopping for furniture or items outside startup and daily operational supplies
